Pediatric and Adolescent Personalized Medicine
Dr. Sarah Cohen Solomon is a board-certified general pediatrician with specialized expertise in the complex management of hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS), gastrointestinal symptoms, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), vascular compression syndromes, and spinal instability among others. A large part of her practice includes creating personalized school accommodations. She provides validating and neurodiverse-informed care.
She earned her medical degree from the Sidney Kimmel Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University and completed her pediatric residency at Nemours/Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children, where she received the Pediatric Academic Excellence Award. A Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, Dr. Cohen Solomon is also an active member of the AAP Council on Children with Disabilities.
Having navigated her own journey with hEDS, POTS, and MCAS, she brings empathy and insight to her care. Dr. Cohen Solomon is committed to providing comprehensive, compassionate, and validating medical support for children and adolescents with complex chronic conditions.
